Merrimore currently offers sales within Hong Kong. Delivery arrangements are confirmed with the customer before payment or fulfilment.

Macau delivery is not currently listed as a supported delivery destination. Contact Merrimore before placing an enquiry if you need to discuss a different destination.

Orders with a subtotal of HKD 300 or above receive free delivery. Orders below that threshold have a delivery fee of HKD 50. These values match the current cart pricing configuration.

Dispatch and estimated delivery timing are confirmed for the specific order enquiry. Timing may vary with product availability, address, courier capacity, weather, logistics disruption, or public holidays.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate, complete delivery address and contact details. If delivery fails because the address or contact details are incomplete or unavailable, Merrimore will contact the customer to discuss the next available arrangement.
